Strategic Land Promotion and Development

Planning Promotions Ltd is located in the West of Kent and specialises in a wide-range of planning, design and development projects, including strategic land promotion and associated infrastructure delivery - and in several locations across the UK.

Our key role involves partnering with landowners across sectors to bring forward land through the planning system, whether that be previously developed, untouched/vacant land, or existing properties and associated asset renovation - and all with a view to maximising land and/or property potential by devising innovative capital solutions whilst creating sustainable developments that are fit for the future.

If you think your land has any development potential, bring us on board to analyse the case across a wide-range of development considerations and subsequently take forward any opportunities.

Analysing Real Estate Potential

In order to identify project viability, we focus on the following key areas in the early stages of the process:

  • Developing business cases and which are based on financial, planning (and other regulatory considerations), financial and sustainability drivers - and including associated key strategic aims of relevant local authorities.

  • Identifying and mitigating any potential construction and/or reconstruction, financial or other associated risks.

  • Fully assessing all development and/or redevelopment possibilities/opportunities and related constraints in order to realise a project's full potential.

Do you have any land for potential development?

If you have any land (or existing properties/assets) that you would like to be considered for development, and irrelevant of its size, our in-house team can undertake an initial desktop analysis and, if any potential exists, undertake further exploratory work to identify any development potential.

We will help you to make an informed decision as to planning and development processes, scheduling and surveys, maintenance and cost assessments, and right through to construction and development arrangements.
